Team 34 Inc. (“Team 34,” “we,” “us”) is a retail and commercial fit-out contractor based in Ontario, Canada, operating the website team34.ca (the “Site”). This policy explains what personal information we collect through the Site, why, and how we handle it, in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
We only collect what you choose to give us through the Site’s forms:

We also automatically receive your IP address and country, via Cloudflare, on every form submission — used only for spam prevention and security, never for advertising.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or targeting.
The Site runs entirely on Cloudflare’s platform. Form submissions are stored in Cloudflare D1 (a database) and, for resumes, Cloudflare R2 (file storage); notification emails are sent through Cloudflare Email Routing. Cloudflare Turnstile verifies that a submission is coming from a human, not a bot. The Site’s typeface is loaded from Google Fonts, and visit analytics are provided by Google Analytics — both see your IP address as part of normal web requests. None of these providers are authorized by us to use your information for their own purposes.
team34.ca uses Google Analytics (Google tag / gtag.js) to understand how visitors use the Site — which pages get visited, roughly how, and from where — so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information like your IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed; Google's own privacy policy governs how it handles that data. We don't use this data to identify you personally, and we don't combine it with the personal information you submit through our forms.
Cloudflare Turnstile may also set a short-lived cookie solely to complete its spam check. Your browser may store small technical preferences locally on your own device; that data never leaves your browser.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, and you can opt out of Google Analytics specifically using Google's browser add-on.
Information you submit through the Careers page, including any resume, is used only to evaluate your application and is shared only with the people at Team 34 involved in hiring. Team 34 evaluates candidates in accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code.
We keep form submissions for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry or application, or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize them.
Under PIPEDA, you can ask to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to further use (which may limit our ability to help with an inquiry or application already in progress). To exercise any of these, reach out through our Contact page.
The Site is intended for businesses and individuals of legal working age and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
